How to book 

1. Check the Availability  - there must be one hour between functions to allow for caretaking

a} Your full name ( as shown on your bank account )

b} Home address and postcode

c} Mobile phone number

d} Hours required, including set up and clear up time

The hall is in use on weekdays with regular activities so can not be hired out for functions.

Weekends are available for hire. Saturdays and Sundays start from 4 pm and must finish at 11 pm.

If your event has music, it must be switched off at 11 pm (The Control of Noise Regulations 2005)

After the event has ended, please give yourself time to clear up. This takes around 1 hour usually.

There can be no exceptions to these times.

 

 COST OF HIRE and IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The charges for hiring our hall are as follows:

 

  • Main Hall with kitchen and small hall, £40.00 per hour

  • Small Hall only (subject to availability)  £20.00 per hour

  • All Day Functions (4 pm to 12 pm)  £320

​

A deposit is required for all bookings, refundable subject to terms and conditions.

 

DEPOSIT

​

If your date is available we will need a deposit to secure the booking:           â€‹

  • £150 deposit is required for evening and all day events for all other bookings.

  • £150 deposit is required for day time bookings, children's parties or meetings.

This also serves as a refundable damage insurance.

​

The entire booking fee will be required, on top of the deposit, strictly one calendar month before the function and the holding/damage insurance deposit will be refunded within four weeks after your event, subject to all terms & conditions. The name on the bank account will be the same as the name on the booking form, so please ensure that the booking is made in the same name as the bank account to which any refund will be addressed.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION 

​

If bookings are cancelled within four weeks of the event, the deposit will be lost. If cancelled due to government restrictions a full refund will be given.

All relevant information will be sent to you with the booking form. This will be sent to you by e-mail and deposits must be paid by bank transfer.

Please remember to sign the booking form and return by email when the deposit has been paid.

CCTV is in operation at this venue.

Alcohol may be brought into the premises but MUST NOT BE SOLD unless a license is obtained from Hounslow Borough Council

 

IMPORTANT:

Please note that when booking the venue, setting up and clearing up times MUST  be included in your hours, as obviously these times can not be hired out to anyone else. There is an option to pay £25 to our cleaner should you wish to do so. You will not need to collect any keys as the caretaker will open and close at your designated required access time. if you have a requirement which entails leaving the hall empty after it has been opened for you, please advise the booking secretary and the caretaker can then give you the keys on the day.

Bookings on Saturdays/Sundays start from 4 pm and must finish at 12 pm sharp.
